We specialise in group reformer Pilates classes, focusing on full body movement to help our clients activate, strengthen, align, lengthen and tone.
At Balanced Movement we passionately believe Pilates is for everybody. We aim to empower you to move better, feel better in your every day life and cultivate an environment of self-love and appreciation for our bodies ability to move!
Our goal is to help you improve in each and every class you attend. Every class has limited spaces meaning we have a small and intimate group, enabling our teachers to give you the attention and personal focus needed for you to reach your goals.
RENMARK & BARMERA
1:1 pilates consult
This session is all about you — your body, your goals, and your unique journey. It’s the perfect starting point, especially if you're returning after an injury or just feeling a little unsure.
We’re here to get to know you, ease any nerves, and help you feel confident and supported as you begin (or return to) your Pilates journey!
Reformer pilates
Barmera and Renmark.
All non specified reformer classes are open level. Our skilled team offer options for all levels of experience and ability and will cater to each individuals needs on the day.
Although these classes are frequently waitlisted, we strongly encourage you to join the waitlist as spots become available and you will secure a spot.
CORporate/event pilates
Whether it's in our studio on the reformers or a mat session brought straight to you — we've got you covered.
Perfect for team bonding at your workplace or a thoughtful addition to your employee wellbeing program.

Renmark
BEGINNER & PRegnancy FRIENDLY
Our Renmark beginner & pregnancy friendly class is a very safe space to get to know the reformer and take the general strength class at a slower pace with others also new to the movement!
First time on a reformer? Wanting to take things a little slower? This class is for you!
Don’t worry, our trained instructors can always alter the level of the exercise exactly to suit you and your body on the day! .
Ran weekly - Thursdays at 6:30PM.

BUMP Pilates
A class just for our beautiful mummas-to-be — and your growing bump!
This is a safe, supportive space designed to help you feel your best throughout pregnancy. You'll move through a low-impact session focused on strengthening your pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and pelvic muscles — helping to support your body both before birth and during your postnatal recovery.
New to Pilates? No worries! We recommend chatting with our friendly admin team here. before your first class so we can guide you through the best start to your journey.
All sessions are led by ante/postnatal qualified instructors, so you're always in safe hands.

Mums + Bubs
Led by our qualified ante/postnatal instructors, these weekly sessions are held in both Barmera and Renmark, offering a safe and supportive space for every stage of your motherhood journey.
Our focus is on gently strengthening the pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and pelvic muscles — helping to prepare your body for birth and support your recovery and return to strength afterward.
Whether you're expecting or already a new mum, these classes are a great way to move your body, connect with others, and build your village.
Coffees after class? Always encouraged.
Mums + Bubs require a 1:1 consult prior to attending classes.

River rush
Get ready to sweat – this is the ultimate fusion of strength and cardio!
This fun, fast-paced and upbeat class is designed to push your endurance and build full-body strength.
Expect a dynamic mix of reformer work, mat Pilates, and even time out on our dreamy Riverfront.
Bring your sneakers — you’ll need them for this one!

50+ & FAbulous
We have created this class for our 50+ & FABULOUS community!
This class is designed to improve strength, mobility and balance all while minimising stress on joints and building awareness of our changing bodies.
A safe space to begin or continue your pilates journey with the support of our trained instructors, tailoring the class to suit you and your body on the day.
