Physio cancelation policy

Due to the nature of our 1:1 therapy sessions, Balanced Movement Physiotherapy & Pilates requires 6 hours of notice when a patient requires a cancellation or needs to reschedule an appointment for physiotherapy. This is to ensure that we are able to provide optimum care for the people that can make use of these appointment allocations. If you provide less than 6 hours of notice to the clinic or fail to attend the appointment without notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee $30 at the discretion of the practitioner.

Pilates

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class. Cancellations are the responsibility of the person booking the class. They can be made via our App, the website or the MindBody App.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the class will get their pass back.

Late cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will forfeit the session (casual, packs and 2/wk members). Members will incur a $5 fee.

No-shows will forfeit the session (casual, packs and 2/wk members). Members will incur a $10 fee.
