HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND BOOK INTO CLASSES?

We use the MindBody booking system for all account management, purchases, and bookings. MindBody is integrated into our website. You can also use the MindBody app.

I’VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE, WHERE SHOULD I START?

All of our Barmera classes are open level and suitable for any level of fitness and experience. Our experienced teachers will empower you and give you options that best support you on the day. You can take everything at your own pace and exercises can easily be modified to suit.

If you would like to book a 1:1 email or text Hannah today.

IM PREGNANT, CAN I STILL COME TO CLASS?

If you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor, you can absolutely join our group classes.

Pre-Natal up to 16 weeks — you can join any class (not specifically the pre-natal group).

Our highly skilled and trained teachers adhere to the current global standard of pre-natal guidelines.

The teachers will simply modify any exercises and be there to support you throughout the class. You will always be supported to take things at your own pace and listen to your body to do what feels right for you, on the day.

From 16 weeks onward, we offer specialised Pre-natal classes that we encourage you to join.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR I JUST DON’T SHOW UP?

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend class. Cancellations are the responsibility of the person booking the class. They can be made via our website or the MindBody App, however you book your classes.

CANCELLATIONS — CLASS PACKS + SESSION-BASED CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class will get the session back.

Late cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will forfeit the session.

No-shows and absences will forfeit the session.

HOW DO WAITLISTS WORK?

When a class is full, please join the waitlist.

You will be notified via email and/or text message if you have made it into the class. From here, you can say ‘YAY’ or ‘NAY’ to coming to class by responding to the email or text.

If you do not respond, we are expecting you will be at the class.

Always jump on the waitlist, it is highly likely you will get in!

CAN I GET TEXTS NOTIFICATIONS AND EMAILS FROM YOU?

You can set up your account to receive automated emails and or texts.

The system will send these emails and/or texts when; you get into a class from a waitlist, an autopay has processed or failed, you’re absent or late cancel a class + any other important news, account, booking or operational info.

WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY AT BALANCED MOVEMENT?

Life can throw all sorts of challenges at us. Whether you have a sports injury, recovering from surgery, a repetitive strain from work or just have general stiffness and soreness from day to day life, we can help you get back to what you love doing.

Everyone deserves to move well with balance, and without pain. Our physiotherapist Hannah, provides a personalised treatment plan for various life stages and offers a variety of treatments and techniques. Hannah continually re-evaluates the effectiveness of your treatment plan and will make modifications as needed.

Hannah strongly believes in a balance between active and passive therapy management based on your unique needs rather than following a rigid approach.
